Tasting Notes
Winner of a Silver Medal at the 2010 International Wine & Spirit Competition, this Tempranillo-based wine shows aromas of toffee, blackberry, rose petal, cigar box, vanilla and eucalyptus. Dry with terrific aroma replays balanced out by medium tannins, toasty oak and a lovely acidity. Can improve in the cellar, but is showing very well right now with roast beef and root vegetables.
