Tasting Notes
Here's a spectacular full-throttle, oak-fermented and -aged Ontario Gewurz. Medium yellow-gold in the glass, the show starts with an exotic and sweetly spicy nose of grapefruit peel, white roses, lychee, ginger, Turkish delight and toasty sandalwood. Big and mouthfilling, with medium-full body and a tactile unctuousness on the palate. Good intensity throughout. Enjoy with chicken vindaloo, Thai chicken stir-fry or spiced pork dishes.
