From a small 6 hectare site, this wine is a blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, and 10% Roussanne.
Tasting Notes
Superb value in white Côtes-du-Rhônes-Villages. Delightfully floral with notes of hay, nuts, apple skins, citrus, and spice quite prevalent on the nose. The palate is dry, with citrus, peach and melon tones adding to the already rich flavour replays. Good intensity throughout and a lively freshening acidity. Try with roasted sea bass and lemon mashed potatoes. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
