Tasting Notes
Intriguing interplay of aromas here, with pear fruit, rice crackers and a host of floral notes. Off-dry and medium bodied, with a creamy texture. A fresh spritz on the palate makes it very refreshing. Crisp, balanced finish. Of course it will work with sushi, but also try it with grilled chicken. (VINTAGES panel, July 2011)
