Tasting Notes
Opaque ruby. Powerful, highly fragrant nose features blackberry and blueberry, dried violet and fruit cake, with hints of smoke and black olive. Showing its syrah today. Dense and weighty but there's very good vivacity to the dark berry preserve and floral pastille flavors. Finishes sappy and long, marked by silky tannins and lingering sweetness. Score - 90.
