Tasting Notes
Made from local grape Priero Picudo, this dayglo pink rosé shows depth on the nose with intense aromas of violets, strawberry jam, red Delicious apples, peaches and a touch of vanilla. It's dry, soft textured, with bold, ripe red fruit flavours balanced by some tart acidity and just noticeable tannins. A crowd-pleasing charmer for a hot summer's day, pair it with stuffed peppers or spicy pulled pork soft tacos. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
