Tasting Notes
Clean, ripe, moderately oaked Bench chardonnay, with some underlying limestone cut and sufficient acid to support ripe tree fruit flavours. Wood spice emerges on the palate with greater presence, leading to a caramel-tinged finish. Should appeal widely. Tasted July 2012. Score - 88. (John Szabo, M.S., winealign.com, Aug. 21, 2012)
