Tasting Notes
This is a slender, stylish Chardonnay with signature County minerality on the finish. The nose is evolving, with light wood smoke, nougat, butterscotch and ripe apple-pear fruit. It's light to mid-weight with a sweetish edge, some richness and even a hint of wood tannin on the dry, slightly chalky finish. Excellent length. Best through 2014. Score - 89.
