Tasting Notes
Sweet black cherry, plum, prune, cured meat and spice box. Ripe and juicy with soft texture, and good tannic structure on the back leading to a dry, balanced finish. This wine is drinking very well now with grilled gourmet sausages, quail in red wine jus and herbs, or cured ham. (VINTAGES panel, March 2012)
