Domaine Rimauresq takes its name from the Real Mauresque, the river that flows through the vineyards. This pretty pink wine flows with tangy red berry, floral, herbal and mineral notions. A crisp, clean summer sipper or a fine partner for lamb burgers.
Tasting Notes
Pretty light-peachy colour in the glass. Opens up with aromas of strawberry custard, apricot, orange zest and garrigue. Dry, crisp, lithe and elegant. The juicy fruit core is enlivened by a cavalcade of herbs and a brilliant backbone of acidity. Tangy finish. A beauty. (VINTAGES panel, April 2012)
