Tasting Notes
This is riper than the straight Chablis but avoids any exotic fruit hints on the otherwise reserved green and yellow orchard fruit nose. There is good volume and slightly better mid-palate concentration to the delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess good depth and length on the clean, dry and balanced finish. This will be approachable young but should also be capable of rewarding 4 to 6 years of cellaring. Drink 2017+. Score - 89-91. (Allen Meadows, burghound.com, Oct. 15, 2013)
