Made with a combination of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache, it's like Liberty School wanted a touch of the South of France, but of course, with the very warm-climate flair that is practically guaranteed year in and year out in California. This vibrantly fruity version is a perfect partner for jerk chicken, or pork hot off the barbecue.
Tasting Notes
This orange-hued blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache is brimming with notions of raspberry tart, candied orange and smoked paprika. It's sunny, light and lithe and would make a natural companion for paprika chicken. (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
