Black Muscat is a rare treat. When properly cared for, it can produce intense and ripe sweet wines. Andrew Quady has been working with the grape since 1983. He called the wine Elysium, Greek for 'state of eternal bliss', to reflect his own excitement when his first vintage filled the winery with the aroma of roses. It is a good match for dark chocolate, cheesecake, and blue cheeses. It can also be a great addition to cocktails.
