Tasting Notes
The wines of Monte Tabor have been made using organic principles since 1970. Their 2015 Soave offers lemon, apple and herb tones on the nose, with a fine mineral note. The palate is mineral-driven with more citrus and a touch of almond and spice. Fresh and round with nice complexity and weight. It will be a great companion for seafood or salads.
