Description
TASTING NOTE: Straw gold, perfumed with quince and honeysuckle and full of juicy fresh apple and pear, there's a tickle of zest and it tastes just off dry with an oily apple richness. Tasting Notes
Quite pretty with aromas of peach, ginger, apricot, pear and clover. It's just off-dry, medium-bodied soft and supple with ripe apricot and peach and spice on the palate. It's plump but with enough acidity to keep it vibrant. Finishes sweet & spicy. Try it with grilled duck sausages or mildly spiced Asian dishes. (VINTAGES panel, March 2012)
