Tasting Notes
[tank sample] Pale-medium yellow. Explosive aromas of yellow fruits and spices lifted by a floral topnote. Supple, rich and sweet but with lovely purity and cut for Fourchaume. This builds nicely toward the back, finishing long and spicy, with very good grip and an impression of tightly coiled energy. Frederic Gueguen makes his wines in stainless steel. Score - 90-92.
