Tasting Notes
Spicy aromas of licorice, vanilla, black cherry, plum and garden flowers. Bright and lively on the palate with medium body and plenty of finesse. An elegant wine that won't overwhelm in the summer heat. Pair it with a pasta salad featuring smoked Pecorino cheese and fresh herbs. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2011)
