TASTING NOTE: A high-toned and beautifully nuanced ripe red berry fruit and liqueur-like nose introduces intense, pure and well-balanced medium-bodied flavors that exude a fine minerality on the ripe, dusty and ever-so-mildly austere finish that delivers excellent intensity and very good length. Tasting Notes
While this is a structured wine, it also has a wonderful series of perfumed aromas and ripe, full-bodied fruits. The Commarine vineyard, with its deep and well-drained soil, produces the classic dense wine of Pommard while also allowing for a more fruity, accessible style when young.
