Tasting Notes
Sweet, rich and complex, with classic aromas of honeycomb, apricot, orange marmalade, toffee and spice. The flavour and texture are massive in equal measure, and in spite of this the wine remains wonderfully balanced. This heavenly nectar will pair nicely with richly flavoured or highly spiced foods or with semi-sweet fruit desserts such as apricot turnovers. (VINTAGES panel, June 2014)
