Tasting Notes
Complex, structured Pinot Noir with aromas of raspberry, cherry, woodsmoke and freshly turned earth. Dry and elegant with a lovely balance between the fine fruitiness and velvety tannins. This is a prime wine for grilled veal tenderloin. It would also reward mid-term cellaring (3-5 years). (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2011)
