Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold coloured with a tropical fruit aroma infused with nutty oak. Mouthfilling and savoury with a wild yeast barrel-aged influence, there's a strong peachy thread and subtle butterscotch sweetness. Complex and rich with a long satisfying finish. Very smart.
