Tasting Notes
Aged in a combo of new and used French oak for 6 months, this Pinot Gris looks lovely in the glass with its bright straw colour. Displays gentle aromas of ripe apple, ginger root and a hint of smoke. The mouthfilling, smooth texture softens the ample acidity. Ripe pear, apple and mild spice flavours lead to a lengthy, lemon-peel finish. A bold style that retains its elegance.
