Tasting Notes
Rich nose, featuring mulched leaves, blackberry, plum, smoked meat and pomegranate. Dry with forward fruit tones and cedary tannins bringing structure. This powerful wine is great now with dishes such as grilled portobello mushrooms or rich beef stew, and will also continue to improve in a cellar for 2-3 years. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
