Here's the latest in a burgeoning parade of impressive Pinots from Santa Maria Valley. Opens with notions of woodsmoke, rose petals, sour cherry and plum. Ripe, balanced, dry and medium bodied with a good interplay between fruit, acid and tannins. Nice floral embroidery on the finish. Pair with bacon-wrapped beef medallions or stuffed veal tenderloin.
