Marked aromas of blueberry, dark cherry, vanilla, incense and cured meats. Ripe, structured and forceful in the mouth. Quite youthful, and still a tad tight, but with tremendous potential, This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Syrah will benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar, but will work very well decanted tonight and paired with rare cuts of meat.
