Tasting Notes
Bright and fruity on the nose, with yellow plum and peach pit standing out. Crisp acidity along with a creamy, rich texture in the mouth. The ripe fruit introduces some sweetness mid-palate. Juicy and fresh, this will be a good match for lightly spiced Thai dishes. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
