Tasting Notes
Tasty little off-dry Pinot Gris with ripe pear and peach fruit along with a subtle honeyed quality. Slightly oily texture and rich mouthfeel, just as you expect from Alsatian PGs in this style. Long, delicious finish. Pair with choucroute (an Alsatian version of sauerkraut) or a chicken tikka dish. (VINTAGES panel, March 2012)
