Description
The 2011 vintage was a good one for red wines in Ontario, and this one harnesses the warmth of Niagara's summer that year. Big, ripe and generous, it serves up dark fruit and smoky notions. You could tuck this away in cellar for 2-3 years, or enjoy it tonight with grilled beef or lamb.

Tasting Notes
This blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Malbec and 18% Merlot was aged 15 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels. Crafted in an elegant, supple style, it promises ripe plum, blackberry and tobacco notes. Pour with stew featuring rabbit, lamb or beef.
