Tasting Notes
Cask sample. A light flowery fragrance is supported by gentle notions of citrus fruit and spice. Very fresh flavour takes in a range of fruit from crisp apple to zesty orange, acidity and light measure of residual sugar are well balanced. A subtle sprinkling of spice (nutmeg?) and a mere dab of minerality promise complexity in the longer term. Distinguished. Drink 2011-2015. Score - 16 (out of 20).
