Description
Inniskillin continues to push the envelope for what can be grown successfully in Canadian vineyards. This 2007 Petit Verdot, from their Okanagan property, is the latest example. The wine -- featuring cherry, vanilla, cassis and spice aromas and flavours -- is a real revelation. Not only is it intriguingly aromatic, it is also impeccably balanced, suggesting it will mature nicely for 2+ years, though it's drinking very well now with grilled lamb chops.
