Tasting Notes
The 2009 Enebral spent nearly a year in new French oak before bottling without filtration. Aromas of toasty oak, mineral, spice box, licorice, and blackberry compose the bouquet of this round, supple, nicely proportioned wine. It will benefit from another 1-2 years of cellaring but can be approached now. Score - 91. (Jay Miller, erobertparker.com, June 2011)
