TASTING NOTE: This vintage of Semillon was harvested on Dec. 2-3 and aged in second vintage French oak barrels for 600 days. It has beautiful aromatics of citrus, apricots, lanolin and subtle spices wafting from the glass. It is a well-structured beauty with poise, texture and balance on the palate that reveals its exotic fruits in layer after layer.
