The 2010 in Bordeaux across all appellations was a spectacular success. Here's a great sneak peek at what is to come. Aromas suggest blackberry, raspberry, cedar, spice and a hint of woodsmoke. Dry and almost New World in style with tons of fruit, but also with the intriguing Euro element of terrific balance from fresh acid and elegant tannins. Try with grilled lamb chops.
