Tasting Notes
From an excellent vintage there is great intensity to the nose which readily offers up aromas of concentrated black fruit, plum, spice, herbal and cedar notes. The palate is similarly commanding. Generous, creamy and fresh with lovely replays throughout, and a long, dry, cedary finish. Try with rosemary crusted lamb chops. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
