Tasting Notes
When particular care is taken, Torrontés can produce delightfully aromatic wines with refreshing acidity. This example has floral and orange citrus tones on the nose. The palate is crisp and refreshing with more citrus fruit and a good backbone of acidity. Give this a try with a seafood platter, or a shrimp and avocado salad with a grapefruit vinaigrette.
