Tasting Notes
From a tiny vineyard in the centre of the Canon-Fronsac appellation comes this well-priced wine. Look for aromas of raspberry, cherry, cranberry, dark chocolate and a hint of rock salt. Dry with good fruit tones supported by velvety tannins and just-right acid freshness. Cellarable for 3-4 years, or enjoy tonight with veal tenderloin. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
