Tasting Notes
Altamira de Los Andes' 2009 Malbec Reserve spent 18 months in 50% new French oak. Fragrant aromas of toasty oak, earthy minerals, Asian spices, leather, and black cherry lead to a velvety-textured, succulent, nicely proportioned wine that opens in the glass to reveal excellent volume and length.
