TASTING NOTE: Aromas of sandalwood hint at subtle oak influence. ripe pear, banana and white peach interplay wonderfully with notes of hay and freshly mown grass. Richly fruity palate enveloping flavours, excellent complexity, structure and balance with more tropical fruits appearing through the finish. Pork tenderloin, or grilled swordfish steaks.
