TASTING NOTE: 'Habis' refers to the legend of a king raised by deer. Aged in large-format Taransaud and Ermitage barrels. Grapefruit and pineapple fruit, marvellous ripeness and generosity with the faintest bitter ping on the back palate. Creamy, intense, complex and lengthy and really showing off the qualities of Verdejo with a strong mineral nerve and excellent integration with the oak.
