Sour cherry leads the charge here, with strawberry-rhubarb, sandalwood and pressed flowers filling the nose. Shows lovely Nebbiolo typicity. Lithe and elegant, yet commanding with its impressive concentration and focus. This will continue to evolve over the next 5+ years. Enjoy tonight with braised veal, or rabbit.
