Tasting Notes
Nice depth on the nose here, with sour cherry, roses, violets and red plum being joined by gentle touches of smoke and new leather notes. There's a good tangy fruit core here, and sinewy tannins that provide an impressive structure. Grilled bell pepper and focaccia or mushroom kebabs would be great with this.
