Tasting Notes
Cherry jam, pomegranate, red licorice and vanilla tones abound on the nose. Plenty of sun-kissed fruit on the palate. A very fun take on Cabernet with a distinctively Italian sensibility. the finish is elegant and long. This will stand up to the meatiest of pastas, or a lamb risotto. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2013)
