Tasting Notes
This is a single-vineyard Omaka Valley wine, hand-picked (mostly) and fermented and matured for nine months in French oak casks (partly new). The bold, generous 2010 is a powerful wine, very full-bodied (14.5 per cent alcohol), with fresh, rich, peachy, toasty flavours and a hint of butterscotch. Score - 4 1/2 Stars (out of 5).
