Tasting Notes
The 2010 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (30%) and Cabernet Franc (15%), estate-grown in the Mere Road Vineyard and matured for 14 months in French (60%) and American (40%) oak hogsheads (25% new). Deeply coloured and full-bodied, it has blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours, fresh acidity, and very good vigour and depth. Best drinking mid-2013+. Score - 3 1/2 Stars (out of 5).
