Tasting Notes
This wine shows its great concentration from the very first - impressively deep purple in colour. The black cherry, plum, cranberry, olive, and leather aromas make for a tremendously complex nose. These notes are very well represented on the palate, which is structured and harmonious with well integrated tannins. Serve it with venison bacon burgers, or braised rabbit in a mushroom sauce.
