Tasting Notes
Aromas of asparagus, green pea, pear and mineral with a touch of the exotic provided by hints of guava. Crisp and juicy in the mouth with lots of fruit flavour, with some grassy notes and minerality. Beautifully supportive acidity keeps the whole package clipping along marvellously through to the end of the long finish. Perfect for backyard sipping or pairing with shrimp dishes.
