Tasting Notes
Quite fragrant on the nose with rich cassis notes and a lovely fruity soul; particularly notable is the suggestion of fresh raspberry. The palate is also quite lovely, offering layers of fruit flavour. That fresh raspberry touch reappears on the mid-palate. An impressive wine at a very approachable price. Break out the barbecue and enjoy this one with a thick and juicy grilled steak. (VINTAGES panel, Oct. 2012)
