Situated at nearly two-thousand feet above sea level, the See Ya Later Ranch vineyard is the highest in the Okanagan Valley. Elevation combined with the moderating effects of nearby Skaha Lake have created a mesoclimate that provides the warm days and cool evenings necessary to fully ripen grapes while maintaining crisp acidity. This rosé is an amazing example of the poised, flavourful and refreshing wines such conditions create.
