Tasting Notes
(85% raised in stainless steel and the rest in new French barriques for six months): Pale yellow. Pungent aromas of honeydew, quinine, ginger and mint, with a hint of lemon pith. Offers good density and richness but also good nervy cut, with complex flavors of melon, citrus fruits and bitter quinine. Finishes long, spicy and vibrant, with marked spiciness and firm grip.
