Tasting Notes
A blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Carignan that produces a lovely nose full of ripe red berry fruit. Notes of plums and spice add depth. Creamy, smooth and soft in the mouth with some spice. Balanced and particularly fruity on the mid-palate this closes out with a wonderfully ripe finish. An excellent example of the the quality and consistency that Minervois delivers.
